A Note From the Superintendent
Dear Parents,
Welcome to the Dieringer School District. We are delighted to have the opportunity to serve you and your student this year. The Dieringer School District is dedicated to offering students a strong curriculum, which provides both a firm foundation in the basics, as well as the ability to learn and apply new skills throughout their lives. We can do this with your active involvement. Research has demonstrated that the school and family, working together, can provide students with the help they need to be successful in school and in their future.
The District’s curriculum offerings, instructional practices and student assessments are carefully aligned with the standards adopted by Washington State.

For Families & Community: Looking Forward
Washington has adopted the CCS, which focus on Math and English Language Arts. These standards help students better understand and solve real-world problems, getting them ready for college and career opportunities.
Parents and communities are encouraged to learn how the Common Core Standards will prepare students for a successful future.
